Number 5. This is a cupcake inspired by chicken and waffles. There is vanilla "waffle" cake, vanilla butter cream, buttermilk fried chicken dunked in Vermont maple syrup. Oh how I want to try it. I wasn't sure how to add detail to the piece of chicken so this is what I did.
